iTunes Causes Blue Screen ...

I updated to the latest version of iTunes and weeks later out of nowhere when one day I opened iTunes, the blue screen came up on my screen whoever has Windows knows what I'm talking about). I thought it was something else but it ended up being iTunes. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Overdue for Fix! Backspace Key as ...

I can't believe I'm even saying this. I just bought my first iPod, figuring all the major kinks must be out by now.. Clearly, since the backspace key is utilized primarily (99% of the time) as a navigatory key by Windows users, it should be disabled in iTunes as a deletion key. I don't much care if that's how they do it on the Mac, I don't use a Mac, and it's a significant enough situation that an accommodation in the software can be made. I'm stunned, really. I searched posts, back a whole year, and all I see when I search on "backspace" are people talking about how they used it as a navigation key and accidentally lost their music, and "now what."

Now what? Fix it, is what! This is hardly cosmetic, this is an entirely functional change that's needed for the Windows version. Clearly.

crashed hard drive and no back up ...

plze help me, my hard drive died on me, and i havent backed up my library. ive downloaded a new itune on my new harddrive, but obviously i have no library now. there must be a way to get the tunes from my ipod or to get the old library back somehow. and yes i know im silly for not backing up my library, i shall do so from now on.surley there is a way to download my music from my ipod to the library? and why cant i just email itunes support?

Sharing Music on Different Computer at ...

Okay, so my main computer, the one that had the purchased songs and had list of the song I purchased.. when I plug my iPod into the computer, the iPod icon won't show up in the iTunes, instead, it opened to a new window. So I uninstall to reinstall it because that's what the iTunes told me to do. When I tried to download it won't let me, and I can't download other programs too.. and people said my computer has virues.. so I no longer have iTunes on my main computer.. is there any other ways that I can get my songs back from my other computers by logging at the same account?? Help!

migrate MP3 library to new ...

I currently keep my 80 GB MP3 library on a portable E: Drive.
I've always managed my own music folder ex: "E:\MP3\Rock and Alternative\Radiohead" etc. etc.

However, I recently upgraded my system (C:) hard drive and now have room to actually keep all of my MP3s there and would like to move them over to drive C: So the path will read like this: "C:\MP3\Rock and Alternative\Radiohead" while keeping all of my star-ratings, play counts, playlists, etc...

Is there a way to do this?
